Shipping rates

Free UK-wide shipping on all 30kg Box Deals.

Free Mainland Delivery on standard orders over £190.

Free Mainland Delivery on all Mix & Match Pallet Deals (250kg+).

A £30 delivery rate applies to orders sent to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and other UK Offshore Islands (this is also capped at £30 for Mix & Match Pallet Deals of 250kg+ to these areas).

For mainland UK orders under £190, standard delivery is calculated by weight using our transparent courier rates at checkout.

Lead times

Parcel orders: our lead time is 1 to 3 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Pallet orders and freestanding braais: our lead time is 2 to 4 working days. These are typically delivered on Fridays, with an order cut-off of 11:00 on Wednesdays — get in touch if you need delivery sooner.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (Saturday delivery may be available at an additional cost).

Where local delivery is available, this runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays.

Delivery day & tracking

It’s difficult to give an exact delivery time in advance, but our courier partners will text and email you a tracking link with a 2-hour delivery slot. Where we deliver your braai wood, charcoal, or braai ourselves, one of our team will be in touch to arrange a convenient time.

Receiving your order

All goods must be signed for, and you should check the condition of your delivery at the time. If anything has been damaged in transit, please tell the driver immediately and make sure the delivery note reflects this.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order has been delivered, so please make sure someone is available to receive it, or that the offloading location is safe and accessible — the final decision on whether a location is safe to offload at rests with our driver.

Missed deliveries are still charged, and a re-delivery will be charged at the same rate. We’re not able to accept responsibility for items stolen after they’ve been left at the agreed delivery location.

Collection

Prefer to collect? You can collect your online order from our premises on a pre-arranged day — place your order online and we’ll be in touch to arrange a collection date. There’s no minimum order value for collection.
