Changed your mind?

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any item purchased on our website at any time before it’s dispatched, or within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Return postage is at your cost, and please take reasonable care of the goods while they’re in your possession. This doesn’t affect your other statutory rights.

If you wish to return an item because you’ve changed your mind, and it is later than 14 days after receipt, we may charge a restocking fee of 30% of the item’s value. You’re welcome to arrange your own courier for the return, or we can offer a collection service — just ask and we’ll quote the transport cost, which is at your charge.

Item faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose?

This is separate from the 14-day change-of-mind window above, and is covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund — and no restocking fee applies.

Refund timing

Where a refund is due, we will process it within 14 days of the goods being returned to us (or, for a faulty-goods claim, within 14 days of us agreeing the refund is due).
